TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GIFT CERTIFICATE:

All the gift certificates must be used within a year.

Gift certificates are not refundable.

If you have a gift certificate, redeem it during the reservation process.

Gift certificates can be used only to book a cooking class.

No money back in case of cancellations.

Rescheduling of a class paid with a gift certificate is not allowed.

In case of severe weather conditions, low enrollment for the class or a chef emergency, the class will be rescheduled.

CATERING EVENTS:

Catering and Private Events are not refundable after the reservation.

Whoever makes the reservation for catering and events is responsible to promptly communicate while making the reservation about any food allergies or dietary restrictions of any participant.

For parties of 4 or more a 50% down payment will be required during the reservation and the other 50% 2 days before the event.

CLASSES

The class can be rescheduled only once and at least 48 hours in advance before the starting time of the class.

Your class will be considered a no show after 30 minutes from the scheduled starting time.

In case of cancellations within the 48 hours prior to the class, there won’t be a refund or reschedule option.

In case of severe weather conditions, low enrollment for the class, or a chef emergency, the class will be rescheduled.

If you want to cancel a class before the 48 hours but not reschedule one, you will be charged a 50% commission. (for example, if the total cost of the class is $100 then you will receive a refund of $50).
